Scott Master Template Fonts come in a wide variety of styles, designed to meet the maximums in legibility, durability, and ease of engraving.  The chart shown below shows the details of the Fonts for use with the standard 2:1 ratio manual engraver.  Note: Use of special selectable ratio pantographs, and 1:1 arms, can expand the number of finished letter sizes that can be produced from one font.  They are sold on the engraving accessories page.

Fonts for mirror image or reverse engraving in clear, polished SCOTT-SPECTRUM® orPlexiglas.

Sizes are nominal, measured to nearest 1/32".  All fonts use K014 tracing stylus except:

* Requires K013 tracing stylus.  ** Requires K015.  *** Requires K016.

Replacement Letter Font Trays  TR2 for ML210, ML211, ML212.   TR1 is for all other sized fonts.

Outline or solid letters can be engraved from multiple line fonts, depending on the number of lines traced.

Add L to Font Cat # when ordering individual characters.  (example ML210-L).

Font Compositions: Included with all Font Compositions is a minimum of 30 special characters, punctuation marks and spacers.   The make up of these special characters and punctuation marks will very depending on their usefulness with certain styles and sizes of letters.  There are no substitutions.  Also, included with each font is a free letter tray.

International Symbol Master Templates - They are available to finish 3 1/2" with 1:1 Arm (1 3/4" finish with 2:1 pantograph).   Use K014 tracing stylus insert.  Also, available for reverse engraving.   (We carry about 31 standard international  templates, and 36 Special Organization and Picture Templates.)  There are 4 styles of Arrows in 9 sizes.

If you are interested in Custom Templates contact customer service for a quote.  Engrave your own logo or insignia on name tags and signs with a custom template.  Simply send us your camera ready artwork (50-100% larger than the engraved logo is to be), and specify what the engraved logo's dimensions are to be.
