Scott-Phenolic™ Engraving Materials

Another Signgraving® Engraving Material available from Scott Machine Development Corporation.

Rigid Matte Phenolic is a strong, glare resistant surface that's long-lasting and easy to maintain.  Popular for uses such as instrument panels, pipe and valve I.D. plates and various high-temperature applications, the material withstands abrasions and is electrically non-conductive.  It must be cut with a saw.  See available colors and thicknesses below.

Scott-Solid™ Engraving Material

Another Signgraving® Engraving Material available from Scott Machine Development Corporation.

Scott-Solid one-color, non-glare material is widely used for ADA signage where high contrast and low glare are requirements.  The 1/16" thickness is used as a substrate for tactile signs, while the 1/32" size with adhesive backing overlays for an easy cut out of profiled, tactile letters.   This chip and shatter-resistant material is impervious to stains and, like other Scott products, cleans easily.  See available colors and thicknesses below.
