Selectable Ratio Pantographs.  Replaces 2:1 arm.  Expands the capabilities of any fixed ratio Signgraver® Engraving Machine.   Convenient sliding motion allows ratio selections of 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 3.5:1, 4:1.   Easily installed on any Scott® Engraving Machine.  Includes mounting kit for installation on engravers originally shipped with 2:1 ratio pantographs.

1:1 Arm.  Produces finished copy identical in size to master template.  Attaches to all SM300, 360, 500, or 560 Signgraver engraving machines.  Not recommended for masters smaller than 1".

Name Tag Adapter.  Quick insertion, centering and removal of name tags makes this adapter a must for large production runs.   Suitable for use with any Signgraver engraving machine.  This lever action adapter saves you time and money.  Includes adjustable end stop for horizontal centering.  2" x 4" capacity.

Name Tag Adapter.  For holding name tags and pocket badges when pinbacks or clutches are attached.  Special slots support material.  Suitable for use with any Signgraver engraving machine.

Universal Tag Adapter.  For holding a variety of flat engravable shapes.  Use for engraving Brass and Metal Tags offered in our catalog.  Special jaws hold round, rectangular and odd shapes.  Suitable for use with any Signgraver engraving machine.

Speed Control.  Use to slow down engraver motor for cleaner cuts with large cutters.  Reduces speed electronically without reducing torque.  Dial scale has wide range of settings from 0 to 70% of full RPM, plus full RPM switch.  Safety fuse, on/off switch, 3-wire receptacle, 117 volt, 5 amp.

Used to adjust cutter to the proper distance between the collet nut and the cutter tip.  Also used to identify cutter size.

Replacement hex wrenches for your engraver.   The wrenches are used for tightening various components on your engraver, such as the copy slides, or for holding the motor shaft while changing cutters, etc.

Engraver Motor.  Fits all engravers and bevelers.  Available for 117 volt circuits.  Motor includes:  on/off switch, collet nut for insertion of cutters.

Scott Kool.  Lubrication for engraving on metal.  Prevents undue dulling of cutters.  Includes two 4-oz. bottles.

Tracing Stylus Inserts.   Select the appropriate tracing stylus to match the groove of the master letter or template when engraving.  The font section of our catalog describes the Stylus that you need.

Material Slide Rule.  This invaluable tool permits you to predetermine length of engraved lines, suitable letter size and overall sign blank dimensions.  Saves you setup and layout time.  Use only with Scott Standard Fonts.

Carbide Cutters.  For engraving in plastics.

High Speed Steel Cutters.    For engraving in light metal and wood.

Cutters Returned for Re-sharpening.   Return your dull cutters to Scott Machine for re-sharpening.

Diamond Drag Cutter.  For fine line non-rotating engraving on highly polished surfaces such as plaques, jewelry, etc.   Do not turn engraver motor on when diamond drag engraving.

Motor Mounted Depth Control.   For mounting on base of motor to ensure uniform depth while engraving.  For up to and including 1/8" cutters, use K001.  Use K002 with cutter over 1/8" or when engraving multiple line fonts with any cutter.  K002A is used for engraving on curved surfaces.  Maximum cutter size for K002A is 1/32".

Stylus Mounted Depth Control.   Ensures uniform depth, when mounted on tracing stylus.  Should be used when engraving on metal or when area to be engraved is too small to permit motor mounted depth control complete freedom of travel.  Remove from machine when using motor mounted depth control.

Beveler Cutter.  Use with Scott® Material Bevelers for putting 45° beveled edges on your plastic blanks.
