Scott offers all the engraving equipment that you need for making quality signage and name tags, like the Scott® Material Bevelers, the Scott Accu-Score® Cutting Device, Corner Rounders, Selectable Ratio Pantographs, and various Name Tag  Adapters, among other things!

The Scott Accu-Score® Cutting Device enables the user to rapidly and efficiently fabricate sign blanks from sheet material.  You now have the flexibility of making any size blank when the need arises, eliminating the need to inventory custom sign blanks.  Unique sliding action of the cutting assembly allows for quick, safe, and accurate results.  The dimensioned work area, ruled for squaring and measuring, is not suitable for phenolics or materials over 3/32" thick.

Material Beveler with Chip Removal System.   A simple operation that provides smooth, beveled edges for your finished signs.   Interface with virtually any shop vac with a 1 1/4" vacuum hose to help keep the work area chip free.  Durable steel 3" x 12" material table.  117 volt, 60 Hz motor.  (Order K007 Power Converter for 230 volt use.)  Includes: 1 solid carbide 45° edge beveler cutter; 2 hex wrenches, 3/32" and 5/32"; Slide; operating instructions.

Large Material Beveler with Chip Removal System.   Same simple operation as Material Beveler.  Large 8" x 22" aluminum table for increased stability and speed.  117 volt, 60 Hz motor (Order K007 Power Converter for 230 volt use).   Includes: 1 solid carbide 45° edge cutter; 2 hex wrenches, 3/32" and 5/32"; Slide; operating instructions.

Beveler Cutter.  Use with Material Bevelers for putting 45° beveled edges on your plastic blanks.

Corner Rounder.  Unique "shear action."  Upper and lower knives cut engraving material evenly and uniformly, producing sharp, crisp rounded corners for your signs, plaques and tags.  Handles up to 1/8" thick material.  Capable of cutting radii of 1/8", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2", with standard radius cutting units that are interchangeable without use of tools or adjustments.  Not suitable for phenolic nor clear, polished Scott-Spectrum® engraving material.  Cutting units not included.

Corner Rounder Cutting Units.  Use with SM90 for making signs with rounded corners.

Vacuum Chip Removal Retro Fit Kit.   Expand the capabilities of any SM98 or SM99.  Easily installed, this kit allows the beveler to interface with any shop vac.  Accepts a 1 1/4" vacuum hose.
